"Skolt Sámi culture across borders" is a cooperation project between three countries: Finland, Norway and Russia. The overall aim is to contribute to a strengthening and revitalisation of Skolt Sámi culture, language and identity. The cross-border cooperation will provide new perspectives and enhance the recognition and knowledge about the Skolt Sámi culture. In addition the project work will function as groundwork for a more comprehensive international cooperation.
